Dear Members and Guests of the Grandhouse International Club,
 
With much pleasure the Board of Trustees invites you and your guests for a very special Gala Evening on Friday, January  25, 2019 to celebrate seven good years of Grandhouse activities.
 
The venue is the Royal Palace in Gödöllő, which we will have exclusively that evening. The Palace is 31 km North East from Budapest.
 
The Royal Palace in Gödöllő is one of the most glamorous, splendid and exclusive palaces of Hungary. It was the favorite home of Elisabeth, Empress of Austria and beloved Queen of Hungary (Sisi). Now this beautiful place will be the home of Grandhouse for one night where we offer a wonderful and unique program for our members and guests.
 
The program is as follows:

6.30 pm – 7.00 pm: registration, purchase of tombola/raffles tickets and a welcome champagne in the Aula and Sala Terrena.
 
7.00 pm – 7.30 pm: tour in groups with guides through castle with final stop in the Ceremonial Hall.
 
7.30 pm - 9.30 pm: Gala Dinner in the Ceremonial Hall.
 
9.45 pm - 10.15 pm: concert in the Baroque Theatre.
Works of Josef Haydn and Jan Novák and to be performed by Matous Peruska (violin), Kristina Vocetková (cello) and Jan Vojtek (piano).

10.30 pm – 10.45 pm: Presentation by Mr. Tamás Ujváry, the Managing Director of the Royal Palace, with the title: „Gödöllő Palace then and now”, to be delivered in the Riding Hall.

10.45 pm – 11.00 pm: coffee or tea and drawings of the Tombola/Raffles in the Riding Hall.

Dress Code: Black tie and evening gown/long dress suggested
 
Transport:
By car about 30 minutes. Free parking at side of Palace for 50 cars.
By train. A regular HÉV-service. From station in Gödöllő only three minutes walking to the Palace.

By bus. We provide a „Grandhouse Bus” leaving Budapest from Hotel InterContinental (1052 Budapest, Apáczai Csere János  street 12-14)  at 17.30 pm latest and returning at same place, but only if we have bookings from at least 16 passengers. Cost is maximum HUF 5,000 per person or less, depending on number of passenger and which bus we take from the both available 16-seater or 49-seater bus.
 
Cost:
„Early Bird tickets”: HUF 25.000 p.p., if paid before December 31, 2018
„Regular tickets: HUF 30.000 p.p., if paid before January 15, 2019
„Late Flyer tickets”: HUF 35.000, if paid after January 15, 2019
Table for ten persons: HUF 250.000, if paid before January 15, 2019

Please keep in mind that we have only 110 seats and therefore early registration is much recommended.

Cancellations: cancellations accepted until evening of January 15, 2019. However, if cancellations are made after January 15, payments for Gala event need to be made in full.
 
Again, we have a maximum capacity of 110 participants for the Gala event, therefore early reservation is advised, because it promises to be a unique experience!
